  • Diet Mantra’s ‘The Biggest Loser Challenge 2021’ is a comprehensive program which is practical, achievable and easy to adhere to in your own comfort.Our program aims to help you be the best version of yourself – while keeping your health, sanity, happiness and longevity at it’s very forefront. Our goal is to equip you with the necessary tools and skills to help you sustain a healthy lifestyle and ensure that the changes implemented become second nature to you.For the 6 weeks commitment-All we ask from you is patience, practice, trust and honesty.By signing up for the challenge, you commit to, respecting your wellbeing, and letting go of all the fear, panic and anxiety around food.
